HHA Home Health Aide

12hrs/wk; 3-7 pm 3 days a week- Thursday and can be either Monday Tuesday or Wed for the other 2 days.

Client has dog and needs assistance with bathing, dressing, meal prep, light cleaning/laundry. Requires verbal cues for ADLs, will be attending outpatient program 5 days a week and will need to get him off the bus after program.
